  • I want to pay the balance of my reservation, how can I do it?

    If you want to make some payment, please, contact us by phone and we can let you know the best way to pay. 

  • Pets are allowed?

    No, pets are not accepted. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this regard.

  • Can smoking in the rooms, are there designated areas for this?

    You cannot smoke in all the property. Thank you so much for your comprehension. 

  • How much does the transportation service cost, what does it consist of, for how many people and what do I need to do to reserve this service?

    We offer transportation only for our guests to and from the airport with an additional cost of $1,200.00 MXN pesos (per service) in a private van for up to 8 passengers maximum and their luggage. The cost of the round trip (round trip) to the airport-hotel will be $2,400.00 MXN pesos. The cost of this service is in advance by Pay Pal. 

  • I would like a late check out after 12:00 PM, is it possible and does it have an additional cost?

    Late departure will be possible depending on availability on your departure date and has an additional cost to pay at the front desk. 

  • I want to arrive at the hotel before 3:00 PM, is it possible and does it have an additional cost?

    Arrival before 3:00 PM will be possible depending on availability on your arrival date and has an additional cost. The payment is at the reception directly upon arrival.

  • Do they offer Additional Services such as: Decoration for birthdays, anniversaries or other similar things?

    If you need something like this, I will be happy to help you. There is an additional cost and the amount will depend on the amenities you need.
